Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders within Poland are delivered via Pocztex 2.0 courier service, straight to your door, in accordance with the carrier’s current rates. Most orders are ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days. During periods of increased order volume, processing time may extend to 3–4 business days.

Shipments are sent from Monday to Thursday to ensure safe handling and appropriate storage during transport, taking weather conditions into account.

We offer worldwide delivery.
International orders are shipped via the national postal service by default. If you require urgent shipping or prefer a specific courier, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For orders shipped to the United States, we use consolidated delivery via USPS.

Free delivery is available for orders over PLN 259 within Poland.
