Returns and Complaints

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you decide that a product is not right for you, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without the need to provide a reason.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Download and complete the Return Form available here.
2. Send the completed form to contact@hannahsoycandles.store.
3. Include a printed copy of the form inside the return package.
4. Send the product to the following address:

Returned items must be unused and securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days (in most cases within 7 days).
The refund will be issued using the original payment method or to the bank account provided in the return form.

If you receive a product with a defect or damage, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

How to Submit a Complaint

2. Attach the completed Complaint Form.
3. Include clear photos showing the defect or issue.

Each complaint is reviewed individually, and we will inform you of the next steps as quickly as possible.
